Often businesses want to conduct their own research on a regular basis but are unable to do so because of a lack of training. LibraSquared will provide training for focus group discussions and Mystery Shopping for your staff to do this research.

We do not believe however that such research is done without our expert assistance with questionnaire design and analysis as it takes a lot of experience to understand how to collect and to interpret your data. We will offer these services at a reduced rate if your staff do the data collection.
